Our Policies

Occupational Health & Safety

Alloy Services has established and maintains an Occupational Health and Safety System that reflects a sincere desire to provide a safe working environment. This system is not limited to the compliance with regulations or contract conditions. We are fully aware of the inherent safety risks in construction and maintenance works and are committed to providing all personnel with the instruction, training, protective equipment, correct tooling and supervision necessary to complete each task safely.

Our management methodology is based on a proactive approach to all aspects of our business. Employees are encouraged to accept responsibility for their own safety, and that of their fellow workmates. We believe the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace can only be achieved by those who work in it, so a key aspect of our safety program is the company’s Effective Communication System. All personnel contribute on issues relating to Occupational Health and Safety.

Quality Management

Now more than ever, project owners are demanding that contractors have systems, procedures and well-developed plans in place to control costs and quality. They simply do not want to see a repeat of the cost blow-outs of 2006 and 2007.

By developing a Quality Operating System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9000, Alloy Services can address deliverables required by each client and project. We understand how crucial it is to provide Quality Assurance and we have a transparent track record that confirms ours is a system that works.

Our quality system methodology incorporates planning, demonstrated leadership, effective implementation, education, workforce communication, measurement and review processes. We’re always evaluating and improving processes to ensure the longevity and success of our quality system.

Furthermore, Alloy Services modifies its standard quality system to be project specific. They provide each client with their own Project Quality Plan tailored to suit each project’s unique requirements for workshop activity. The client receives this plan upon award of a contract and all of these plans are developed in accordance with ISO 9001 Standards.

Responsibility for the implementation of the Project Quality Plan is assigned to the Managing Director for all works.
